We want every visitor to be able to find information, request appointments, communicate with our team, and access our services as independently and effectively as possible.
Our Website Accessibility Standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
WCAG provides internationally recognized guidance for making digital content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, and other disabilities.
What We Are Doing
Our accessibility efforts include:
- structuring pages with clear headings and landmarks for screen readers;
- providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
- maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds;
- supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- clearly labeling form fields;
- providing understandable form-error messages;
- making pages responsive so content can be enlarged without loss of information;
- providing the Website in English and Spanish;
- providing accessible, readable versions of important documents, including our Notice of Privacy Practices;
- reviewing images and videos for appropriate text alternatives and captions; and
- testing the Website through automated and manual accessibility review, including assistive technology.
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
We review the Website regularly and address issues as they are identified.
Known Limitations
Some content or functionality may not yet be fully accessible.
Examples may include:
- third-party tools and content, such as DocLink booking, maps, and social-media embeds;
- older PDF documents that are being updated to accessible formats; and
- certain images or videos undergoing review for complete alternative text or captions.
Third-party tools are controlled by their respective providers.
If you cannot access Website content or functionality, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service through another accessible method.
