Do you accept new patients?
Yes. Family Medicine Rehab is accepting new patients of all ages. We welcome adults, children, seniors, and families. Same-week appointments are often available.
Do you coordinate care with the other campus services?
Absolutely. Our physicians work directly with Synexsis Lab, Next Gen Pharmacy, Grace Spine Chiropractic, and campus specialists — all your care coordinates in one ecosystem.
Can you manage my chronic conditions?
Yes. We actively manage diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD, thyroid disorders, and other chronic conditions — with co-management pathways to campus specialists as needed.
What does your physical therapy programme include?
Our PT team treats post-surgical rehab, musculoskeletal injuries, sports rehab, and chronic pain. We write personalised programmes and adjust them as you progress — always in-house.
Do you accept Medicare and major insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Our team will verify your coverage before your first visit so there are no surprises.
