What Screenings Are Available
The Fall Wellness Fair offers no-cost blood pressure measurement, fasting and non-fasting blood glucose checks, total cholesterol and HDL screening, BMI and body composition assessment, and vision screening by our optometry partners. Synexsis Lab will be drawing blood for a free basic metabolic panel for the first 200 registrants — results delivered within 72 hours by secure patient portal.
No Insurance Required
All screenings on October 4th are available at no cost and require no insurance. This event is specifically designed for underinsured and uninsured First Coast residents — though all Jacksonville residents are welcome regardless of coverage status. Spanish-language staff will be present throughout the event.
Provider Q&A Tables
Representatives from all six Pinnacle services will staff Q&A tables throughout the event. Patients can speak directly with a pharmacist, a chiropractor, a family medicine provider, and a Doclink specialist — each available for 10-minute, no-pressure conversations about care needs, options, and campus services.
How to Attend
The Fall Wellness Fair runs 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 4, 2026. Walk-ins are welcome. Pre-registration is encouraged (and required for the free lab panel) at pinnaclehealthcampus.com/fall-fair or by calling 904-555-0100. Parking is free on campus.
